Sunbank

Introduction​

Sunbank 2W is a power base for the WindNerd anemometer.

It integrates a 18650 rechargeable lithium battery and two solar panels with independent charging circuits to provide autonomous power for the WindNerd One-S.

A USB-C charging port is included, along with a third solar charging circuit for an additional panel.

Due to transport regulations for lithium-ion batteries, the 18650 cell is not included and must be sourced locally. Any standard 3.7 V lithium-ion 18650 cell can be used. New or salvaged cells are acceptable, provided they are in good condition. In locations with good solar exposure, even lowest-capacity cells will generally perform adequately.
