Instructions

Preparation

Inspect all printed parts and remove any imperfections that could prevent them from spinning freely.

Steps

1. Magnet Insertion

The magnets are designed for a tight press-fit and typically do not require glue. If adhesive is needed due to a loose fit, apply a small amount and allow it to fully cure before proceeding next step to prevent leakage.

Insert the 4×6 mm magnet into its designated slot on part #2-Vane.

Insert the 3×5 mm magnet into its designated slot on part #6-cups-axle.

2. Rotor Bearing Installation

Bearings are intended to fit securely without the use of glue. However, if the fit is too loose, you may apply a small amount of adhesive. Be careful to avoid any contact with the rolling elements to ensure proper bearing function.

Insert a bearing into part #6-cups-axle.

3. Rotor Installation

Insert part #6-cups-axle onto the shaft of part #7-pcb-housing and push it down.

4. Vane Support Assembly

Slide part #4-vane-support-low onto the shaft. Apply glue, then insert part #3-vane-support-up and press firmly until the glue has cured.

5. Vane Bearing Installation

Install vane bearing on part #3-vane-support-up. If the fit is loose, install the vane bearing using a small amount of glue on the outer ring.

6. Vane Axle Installation

Insert part #2-vane-axle into the bearing. If the fit is loose, apply a small amount of glue on the shaft.

7. Electronic board Installation

Insert the electronic board and fasten it with the smallest screw.
